Not a catalogue. Mothusi names the capability each business lacks, tutors from its own documents, and keeps the requirement open until applied work is signed off.
For learning managers and training coordinators at banks, agencies and foundations, and the trainers who run the day.
1 Name the gap
Mothusi reads each business's file and names the capability that is missing, so three businesses stuck on monthly records get three different responses, and none of them is a generic course.

2 One clinic, not a catalogue
When 21 businesses are stuck on monthly records, Mothusi splits them by cause, eight with no records, five with gaps, four that do not reconcile, and prepares the six-week clinic for your approval.

3 Invite the ones stuck
The list is sorted by what the day would change on each file, with the reason on every row, so fourteen seats go to the businesses one gate from Operating, not to whoever is free.

4 The week before
The event's home gives you the honest count, eleven of fourteen coming, the two who have not answered, the venue waiting for your yes and the reminder already drafted, so the day is ready without a spreadsheet.

5 On the day
The register marks who is in, at the end the trainer marks who left with the month balanced, and thirty days on one question asks whether October balanced too, because that is the number the day exists to move.

6 Between sessions
Mothusi tells Tshiamo Electrical it has two of seven requirements, asks for the customer proof it already holds, checks that names, amounts and dates match and sends the pack to a reviewer, never deciding itself.

7 Applied work, reviewed
Thabo attends five sessions and prepares his own reconciled July and August, Mothusi pre-checks them, Lerato M. signs them off and gate six clears, while a classmate who sat all six sessions stays blocked.

8 The portfolio
One view across every course and cohort shows participation, pass rates, applied outputs and the capability a reviewer signed off, so a course that passes the quiz and produces no tenders is caught before the next intake.
