The assistant that has already read the business's file. Ask in your own words; it answers from the figures, drafts the document and picks the next piece of work.
For business owners and farmers, and for the teams that support them.
1 Ask anything
Mothusi already holds what you sell, your money, your team and your customers, so a question like "can I afford to hire" is answered from your own figures and nothing is asked twice.

2 What you sell
Mothusi reads the sentence, fills in the name, the price, who buys it and how it reaches them, and asks one question at a time for only the things it could not tell.

3 Your next piece of work
Your home shows one piece of work chosen from what your file still lacks, and opening it starts a short focused session with one question at a time and a way back at every step.
4 Documents
Mothusi asks a few questions first, writes the document from your own business information, opens it beside the chat for you to edit, and exports it to PDF or Word.
5 The monthly check-in
Mothusi asks how the month went, takes the money, the people and the work through short cards, and asks what you need most, so the monthly report is a conversation instead of a form.

6 Mentoring
Between sessions with a human mentor, Mothusi coaches from your own figures and your last session, ends with a short plan of next steps, and the people who support you can read the minutes.
7 For the manager
Ask who needs attention or who does bookkeeping in Phokeng and Mothusi answers from the members' own files, with names and numbers, then names the one thing it would do next.

8 Setting things up
Mothusi reads the sentence, asks only what it cannot tell, checks that the name and the line say something real, and drafts the words for your network's join page from your organisation's own description.

9 What it will not do
Vague words get one sentence saying why and real choices to tap, an answer the figures do not support is refused rather than guessed, and nothing is signed off until a named person does it.
